Well obviously the first thing you ought to do is be polite to the policeman. Nobody likes a jerk. Everything's being videotaped now with body worn cameras and dash cameras, so you need to be polite. I've said many, many times, I can beat the roadside sobriety test. I can beat the breath and blood test, but it's hard to beat the mouth. Please don't say anything more than you have to. Things people say like, "Well, I couldn't do that test even if I was sober," you just need to keep your mouth shut. Be polite, answer the officer's questions if he asks them, your name and things of that nature, but that's the main thing, just be polite.
